4. Purpose of personal data processing
The register is used to maintain the customer relationship between the sales system and the customer. The customer register is only used to enable the delivery of products to customers. Placing an order does not require registration in the customer register.

If the customer orders a newsletter when ordering, we may send the customer information about our new products, offers, blog articles or information related to the company's industry. This only applies to customers who have subscribed to our newsletter and are in the newsletter register.

5. Data content of the register
Basic customer information: customer number, last name, first name, postal address, postal code, postal office, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, order history and delivery tracking information.
The permission given by the customer to send marketing communications is recorded in the register.

6. Regular sources of information
Contact information is saved when the customer registers. Other information is saved when the customer makes purchases in the online store.

7. Regular data transfers and data transfer outside the EU or the European Economic Area
The administrator of the register does not disclose information to external parties.

8. Principles of registry protection
The data system and files of the registrar are secured by the technical protection methods that are normally used. The right to use the register is granted only to a member of the staff of the registrar, whose position and tasks the said right of use is related to. Staff access to the register requires a personal username and password.

9. Right of inspection and implementation of the right of inspection

With a signed letter (also electronic), it is possible to find out information about yourself free of charge once a year.

10. Correction of information and implementation of correction of information

You can correct your data by contacting the controller, who will make the desired changes.

11. Other possible rights

The registered person has the right to prohibit the controller from processing information about him/her for direct advertising, distance sales and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion research.
