A nice and relaxing one-day or two-day course. The duration of the course depends on the number of participants. The turf courses are held in Ähtäri, at Meijeritie 13.
Accommodation is available nearby, e.g. Hetki of the Old Rectory and others near Kiulu, Hotel Mesikämmen, Camping area and cabins. etc. Affordable accommodation also at LehtoPeat Oy's premises.

The course usually lasts two days, where the first day includes the theory part. You get all the materials of the theory part on a memory stick with you. The next day practical exercises. The course can also be implemented as a one-day intensive course, if the number of participants is small.
Training can be organized as needed also at your premises or at another suitable location. In this case, the minimum number of participants is four people.
The goal of the course is to give you the skills to perform turf treatments and massages using Aaltonen's technique. With the help of the course, you can apply the knowledge and skills you have learned, for example, in your own nursing home or in your company.

The trainer is Heikki Ruha from LehtoPeat Oy, which produces treatment peat. Heikki trains and offers you the LehtoPeat spa treatment methods with a relaxed attitude and over 24 years of solid experience.

- Turf foot treatment
- Shoulder-back-foot peat bath and massage with Aaltonen's technique
- What else can peat be used for locally
- Peat sauna (Experience the effects of a peat sauna yourself!)
We work closely with those who have taken the peat course, supporting each other.

Delivery methods and times
Posti Postipaketti: Delivery to a parcel machine or post office. Arrived as a rule on the next business day. Finland's most comprehensive collection point network guarantees fast and smooth deliveries of postal parcels. Delivery usually in 1-2 business days.
Pick up the products you ordered from your chosen Post office or Smartpost parcel machine.
If the package exceeds the dimensions suitable for the parcel machine or the parcel machine is full, the package is directed to the nearest Posti collection point. Maximum package dimensions 60 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm, maximum weight 24 kg.
Posti Express Package: Posti Express shipments are delivered to the address of your choice throughout almost all of Finland on the weekday following the order between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
DB Schenker pick-up point package: Delivery to the selected pick-up point. DB Scenker pick-up points can be found e.g. in many Kesko stores such as K-Ruokaupai.
Delivery usually in 1-4 business days.
As of January 1, 2023, a PIN code-based identification system has been introduced at Kesko's offices.
In the future, all DB Schenker pick-up point packages will be handed over at K-food stores and other Kesko locations against the PIN code found in the arrival notification.
The maximum dimensions of the package, the length of one side max 200 cm and the maximum circumference 300 cm, maximum weight 20 kg.
Return
- The return is completely free when the return concerns a standard postal package or letter.
- The return period is 14 days from the arrival or collection of the product.
- Products must be returned unused and usable. Example: If the care peat bag has been left in the hot sun for ten days, the product is no longer eligible for return.
- You can familiarize yourself with the product in such a way that there are no signs of use or damage to the product.
- All parts or features belonging to the product must be returned in the original packaging.
- The product may only be returned to Posti branches. The product MUST NOT be returned in any other way, unless it has been separately agreed with us. A possible defective product will only be exchanged for the same new product. If it is not in the selection, we will return the purchase amount to your account after checking the product.
How do you return the product (instructions)?
- Pack the product or products in a very durable package (for example, the package in which your shipment arrived).
- Include your contact information with account numbers.
- Kiikuta return products packed and protected in the mail.
- In the mail, tell the customer return of the LehtoPeat Oy in question (lehtopeat.com).
