Delivery methods and times
Post Postal parcel
Delivery to a parcel machine or post office. Usually arrives the next business day. Finland's most comprehensive network of pick-up points guarantees fast and smooth deliveries of Posti parcels. Delivery usually within 1-2 business days.
Pick up the products you ordered from your chosen Posti branch or Smartpost parcel terminal.
If the package exceeds the dimensions suitable for the parcel machine or the parcel machine is full, the package will be directed to the nearest Posti pickup point. Maximum package dimensions 60 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm, maximum weight 24 kg.
Posti Express Package
Posti Express shipments are delivered to your chosen address in almost all of Finland on the weekday following the order between 8 am and 4 pm.
DB Schenker pickup point package
Delivery to a selected pickup point. DB Scenker pickup points can be found in many Kesko stores, such as K-Food stores.
Delivery usually within 1-4 business days.
As of January 1, 2023, a PIN code-based identification system has been introduced at Kesko's branches.
In the future, all DB Schenker pickup point packages will be handed over at K-food stores and other Kesko outlets against the PIN code found on the arrival notice.
Maximum package dimensions: length of one side max. 200 cm and max. circumference 300 cm, maximum weight 20 kg.
UPS Standard
- Deliveries to Germany within five working days depending on origin and destination
- Door-to-door service

- The maximum length of a single package is 200 cm.
- The combined length and circumference of the package must not exceed 330 cm.
UPS Express
- Deliveries to the United States within 2–8 business days depending on origin and destination
- Door-to-door service
- Maximum weight of a single package 70 kg
- The maximum length of a single package is 200 cm.
- The combined length and circumference of the package must not exceed 330 cm.
Return
- Returns are completely free when the return concerns a regular postal package or letter.
- The return period is 14 days from the arrival or collection of the product.
- Products must be returned unused and usable. Example: If a peat bag has been left in the hot sun for ten days, the product is no longer returnable.
- You can get to know the product without any signs of use or damage.
- All parts or features included with the product must be returned in the original packaging.
- The product may only be returned to Posti branches. The product MAY NOT be returned in any other way unless specifically agreed with us. Any defective product will only be exchanged for the same new product. If it is not in our range, we will refund the purchase price to your account after checking the product.
How do you return a product (instructions)?
- Pack the product or products in a very durable package (for example, the package in which your shipment arrived).
- Please include your contact information and account number.
- Kiukuta returns products packaged and protected in the mail.
- Please state in the mail that it is a customer return from LehtoPeat Oy (lehtopeat.com).
