One bag is enough for about half the body. You can use the product for any local treatment from head to toe. The package size is enough for, for example, the entire back, even the legs. (We also use this package size in our LehtoPeat treatment room.)
HOW TO USE TREATMENT PEAT
Heat the bag in a water bath at about 40-50 degrees until the peat is comfortably warm, about 20-30 minutes. The product can also be used as is without heating, for example to relieve inflammatory pain, or for rheumatic pain, if cool is more suitable for you.
Cut the corner of the bag open. If you are only using a small amount, make a small hole in the corner. The peat will stay fresh in the bag.
Spread the peat on the area to be treated and wrap it with plastic wrap to keep it moist. If you use peat in a sauna, plastic wrap is not needed. The sauna should be a maximum of 60 degrees. (Remember to protect the sauna with towels or protective paper.)
If you want, you can enhance the effect of peat with a suction cup massage and a traditional massage. Surprise your friend with a peat sauna and give them a relaxing massage. What could be nicer? The savings box is also enough for a friend.
