USE OF THE TREATMENT PEAT
Heat the bag to about 40-50 degrees in a water bath until the peat is comfortably warm, about 20-30 minutes. Peat can also be used as it is without heating, for example to relieve inflammatory pain, or for rheumatic pain, if cool is more suitable for you.
When you go to the sauna, you can put the peat warm or cool. However, you should first warm the skin slightly in the sauna, so that the skin pores open and better receive the peat's minerals.
If you only use a little, cut a small hole in the corner of the bag. The turf stays fresh when you fold the corner and close it with tape. Spread the peat on the treated area and put plastic wrap around it to keep the peat moist. If you use turf in the sauna, you don't need a film. The maximum temperature of the sauna is 60 degrees.

The advantage of a peat bath is that you can focus completely on relaxation. Because in the tub you naturally don't need to keep the peat moist like in a peat sauna

Posti Postipaketti: Delivery to a parcel machine or post office. Arrived as a rule on the next business day. Finland's most comprehensive collection point network guarantees fast and smooth deliveries of postal parcels. Delivery usually in 1-2 business days.
Pick up the products you ordered from your chosen Post office or Smartpost parcel machine.
If the package exceeds the dimensions suitable for the parcel machine or the parcel machine is full, the package is directed to the nearest Posti collection point. Maximum package dimensions 60 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm, maximum weight 24 kg.
Posti Express Package: Posti Express shipments are delivered to the address of your choice throughout almost all of Finland on the weekday following the order between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
DB Schenker pick-up point package: Delivery to the selected pick-up point. DB Scenker pick-up points can be found e.g. in many Kesko stores such as K-Ruokaupai.

Return
- The return is completely free when the return concerns a standard postal package or letter.
- The return period is 14 days from the arrival or collection of the product.
- Products must be returned unused and usable. Example: If the care peat bag has been left in the hot sun for ten days, the product is no longer eligible for return.
- You can familiarize yourself with the product in such a way that there are no signs of use or damage to the product.
- All parts or features belonging to the product must be returned in the original packaging.
- The product may only be returned to Posti branches. The product MUST NOT be returned in any other way, unless it has been separately agreed with us. A possible defective product will only be exchanged for the same new product. If it is not in the selection, we will return the purchase amount to your account after checking the product.
How do you return the product (instructions)?
- Pack the product or products in a very durable package (for example, the package in which your shipment arrived).
- Include your contact information with account numbers.
