TREATMENT PEAT FOR SAUNA, PEAT BATH OR LOCAL TREATMENT

USE OF TREATMENT PEAT
Heat the bag to about 40-50 degrees in a water bath until the peat is comfortably warm, about 20-30 minutes. The peat can also be used as is without heating, for example to relieve inflammatory pain, or for rheumatic pain, if cool is more suitable for you.
When going to the sauna, you can apply the peat warm or cool. However, it is a good idea to first warm your skin lightly in the sauna so that the pores open and better absorb the minerals in the peat.
If you are only using a small amount, cut a small hole in the corner of the bag. The peat will stay fresh if you fold the corner closed with tape, for example. Spread the peat on the area to be treated and wrap it with plastic wrap to keep it moist. If you are using peat in a sauna, plastic wrap is not needed. The sauna should be a maximum of 60 degrees.

The advantage of a peat bath is that you can focus completely on relaxation. Because in a bath you naturally don't have to keep the peat moist like in a peat sauna.
