Can a peat mask be used in a sauna ? Yes, and the therapeutic effect is enhanced in a sauna because the heat expands the skin pores, allowing the trace elements to have a better effect.

USE OF PEAT MASK

First, remove makeup and other impurities from your skin. If you wish, you can use LehtoPeat facial toner, which works well as a makeup remover.

Apply a thick layer of peat mask to your face and, if desired, your neck area.

Leave the mask on for about 10-15 minutes.

When you start to feel a little tightness on your skin (usually first on the edges, under the nose and chin) remove most of the dirt with a wooden spatula. The rest can be easily removed by rinsing with water. It is also convenient to use a damp soft towel or cotton pads to clean off the remaining dirt.

After the treatment, your facial skin may not need any other treatment.

If you wish, you can supplement and enhance the treatment with a facial toner made from completely pure and natural marsh water.
