PEAT BATH TREATMENT FULL BODY
Whole-body treatment is suitable for treating abrasions, rheumatic pain and sports injuries, among other things.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SON'S BAPTISM:
Warm peat, approximately 40 degrees Celsius, is first applied to your back, after which you lie down on your back on a treatment table covered with plastic wrap.
Peat will be applied to your legs, arms, stomach and chest. Peat bags will be placed on your legs.
Plastic wrap is wrapped around you and warm peat-filled heating pads are placed on top.
The peat is left to act for about 20-25 minutes, during which you can relax in peace. Towards the end of the effect period, a cooling face mask is applied for about 10 minutes. After this, you can take a shower.
After the shower, we do a massage, as in our other treatments. We massage the head, hands, feet and finally the back using the Aaltonen technique, and any spinal locks are released.
The peat bath warms and softens the muscles, making the massage feel pleasant.
The duration of the full body treatment is 1.5-2 hours.
