PEAT BATH TREATMENT WHOLE BODY
Full body treatment is suitable for e.g. for the treatment of wear and tear, rheumatic pain and sports injuries.
Peat significantly boosts your metabolism and the bioactive substances in peat treat, heal and soothe your skin.
DESCRIPTION OF THE BAPTISM:
Warm peat of about 40 degrees is first applied to your back, after which you lie down on your back on a treatment table covered with plastic wrap.
Peat is applied to your legs, arms, stomach and chest. There will be peat bags on the feet.
The film is wrapped around you and the warm bath packs filled with peat are placed on top.
The peat is left to act for about 20-25 minutes, during which you can relax in complete peace. At the end of the effect time, a cooling face mask is applied for about 10 minutes. After this you can take a shower.
After the shower, we do a massage, as in our other treatments. The head, hands, feet and finally the back are massaged using Aaltonen's technique and possible intervertebral locks are opened.
The peat bath warms and softens the muscles, which makes the massage feel pleasant.
The duration of the full body treatment is 1.5-2 hours
