RELAXING AND NURTURING PEAT SAUNA
Come alone or with a friend, or even with a group. Very suitable for e.g. couples.
You can put the peat in the sauna yourself. If necessary, the nurse will give instructions before going to the sauna. Let the heat of the sauna take effect for about 20 minutes. The baths in the sauna are really pleasant and gentle. The maximum temperature of the peat sauna is 60 degrees.
Peat comes off your skin easily by rinsing. The sauna is a wood-heated barrel sauna. During your sauna vacation, you can take a dip in a mineral spring.

HOW DOES A PEAT SAUNA EFFECT?
A peat sauna relaxes and also has a hormonal effect. Increases metabolism, effectively cleans the skin and pores.
Suitable for all skin types and always promotes problem skin in the right direction, for example balancing oily skin or softening dry skin. Peat cares and nourishes your skin and mind and heals sore muscles.
MASSAGE USING THE WAVE TECHNIQUE
After you have first relaxed in the sauna and your muscles have warmed up, we will do a gentle but effective massage using Aaltonen's technique. Massage straightens the spine, opens vertebral locks and muscle jams effectively. The massage also includes the head, hands and feet.
As a combination treatment with a peat sauna, the effects of massage are enhanced because they support each other.

Delivery methods and times
Posti Postipaketti: Delivery to a parcel machine or post office. Arrived as a rule on the next business day. Finland's most comprehensive collection point network guarantees fast and smooth deliveries of postal parcels. Delivery usually in 1-2 business days.
Pick up the products you ordered from your chosen Post office or Smartpost parcel machine.
If the package exceeds the dimensions suitable for the parcel machine or the parcel machine is full, the package is directed to the nearest Posti collection point. Maximum package dimensions 60 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm, maximum weight 24 kg.
Posti Express Package: Posti Express shipments are delivered to the address of your choice throughout almost all of Finland on the weekday following the order between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
DB Schenker pick-up point package: Delivery to the selected pick-up point. DB Scenker pick-up points can be found e.g. in many Kesko stores such as K-Ruokaupai.
Delivery usually in 1-4 business days.
As of January 1, 2023, a PIN code-based identification system has been introduced at Kesko's offices.
In the future, all DB Schenker pick-up point packages will be handed over at K-food stores and other Kesko locations against the PIN code found in the arrival notification.
The maximum dimensions of the package, the length of one side max 200 cm and the maximum circumference 300 cm, maximum weight 20 kg.
Return
- The return is completely free when the return concerns a standard postal package or letter.
- The return period is 14 days from the arrival or collection of the product.
- Products must be returned unused and usable. Example: If the care peat bag has been left in the hot sun for ten days, the product is no longer eligible for return.
- You can familiarize yourself with the product in such a way that there are no signs of use or damage to the product.
- All parts or features belonging to the product must be returned in the original packaging.
- The product may only be returned to Posti branches. The product MUST NOT be returned in any other way, unless it has been separately agreed with us. A possible defective product will only be exchanged for the same new product. If it is not in the selection, we will return the purchase amount to your account after checking the product.
How do you return the product (instructions)?
- Pack the product or products in a very durable package (for example, the package in which your shipment arrived).
- Include your contact information with account numbers.
- Kiikuta return products packed and protected in the mail.
- In the mail, tell the customer return of the LehtoPeat Oy in question (lehtopeat.com).
